Healthy and tasty chocolate cake

  Ingredients                                                    • 1 cup whole wheat flour • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder • 1/2 cup jaggery powder or honey (instead of white sugar) • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder • 1/2 cup milk • 1/4 cup coconut oil or olive oil • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence • 1 small mashed banana (for natural sweetness and softness) • A pinch of salt • Optional: dark chocolate chips or nuts                                        Method  Preheat the oven to 180°C for about 10 minutes.
